As Mayor of the City of Bobalania and also as Prime Minister I hereby endorse ALL Citys to create a college and to allow this course be taught.

We could create a network of colleges. That's what they do around here. I live in Wisconsin and we have a University of Wisconsin with different locations throughout the state. This would help somewhat to drive traffic to the different cities here.

Yes, we sort of have it in Teesside there is University of Durham (You may of heard of Durham) but they have a Campus in Stockton (where i live). This would be quite good, would all courses be the same in every city?

Whoa! We need to worry about getting students for one college first. And instructors. Don't put the cart before the horse as the saying goes.
I don't think we should offer the same courses at all the colleges. There should be at least on unique course for each college so that people will have a reason to go.

I'm just saying that at this point it doesn't make sense. But, if people want to start up colleges, by all means. I won't stand in your way.
Here comes another grandiose idea! College football! Or any College sport for that matter. I guess that will have to wait as well since we don't have enough students for major team sports. Tennis would work, as well as boxing or MMA. If we had a College Billiard Team, we could actually play against each other!

That's partially my grandiose idea Good idea,as soon as we have enough students. (Perhaps you have an idea for that one? )

More students? Hmm..that's a tough one! Well, we do only have two classes and they're are first classes. Maybe enrollment will pick up after the first few classes are over and people hear about them.
