In the Republic, we have something called Talossanomics. It's the study of Wittenburg activity. It's nearly forgot now but, it's a great indicator of how active you nation is.
Maybe the same concepts could be applied here. Of course, you really couldn't call it Talossanomics. Perhaps we could call it something like Activity Analysis. Those who figure this stuff out could be called Analysts or Index Analysts.
You could put it on your radio stations news broadcast as well. You could compare countries activity based on thier index.
What do you think? I could try to teach people.

This sounds a great idea exactly what we need. Are you aware of Dr-Spangle's Forum list? ( dr-spangle.com/Forumlist/index.php?sort=PPD ) It will be updated for this month tomorrow. So how exactly does it work? Does someone just work out the facts and figures for the month?

Well, in the Republic we have a system that calculates it for us. I have no idea how it does it, pretty techincal. Here you would need to do the math.
You kind of have to figure the index everyday to keep check of the changes. That's how we do it back home but, it's really your index so you can change it if you want.
You might want to come up with a name for your index. Our's is Talossan Activity Index.

The guy that wrote the code isn't a citizen anymore. I don't know what happened there. I know how to figure out the numbers, sort of.
I'll see what I can do.

The TAI page on the old witt says:
"Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/talossa/public_html/database/class.t3lib_db.php on line 721"
My guess would be that he used something called MySQL. Has anybody ever heard of MySQL?

Yes, so it is a database thing, created with PHP (probably) We use MySQL for somethings.

You know what, I'm going to try and teach the principles. Set up another sub-board in New Teesside. Name it "New Teesside College" ;D
