Well it hasn't been decided yet, but I think we're having Prime Ministerial elections then after electing the Prime Minister, a person who wishes to be in the cabinet must join or create a political party and stand in there chosen region.

Well according to the Saving Bobalania Document, I'm Prime Minister for a maximum of 3 months before an election can be called. But I can call an election an any time.

No, As I stated before the Parliamentary elections, The Parliamentary and Prime Ministerial elections are seperate. You could get one MP in yet win the next election and become Prime Minister, But the Cabinet is made up of different MPs.

In a way, yes.
Each party has there leader/chairman who is entered into the Prime Ministerial race, then each citizen is given a password to a certain board and whoever wins the vote will become Prime Minister of Bobalania.

Right!
Sorry it's just that in the real world, Prime Ministers are the leaders of parlimentary majority parties.
