(1) Any person who has a right to vote in Parliament elections, shall be eligible for membership of the Parliament, unless he has been convicted of an act which in the eyes of the public makes him unworthy of being a Member of the Parliament. (2) For any person to have the right to vote in Parliament elections they shall have to register their name and other contact information in the Provincial Registry of their territorial division of residence. (3) Voting for all elections shall last exactly 5 days, of which time a poll will have been created with everyone who is allowed to vote listed. (4) During voting, they must select there candidate and post there name to show they have voted, failure to add your name will result in your vote being deleted. (5) During Prime Ministerial and Parliamentary elections, the President must stay neutral at all times.

May I also add that the President must remain in a neutral position when voting is taking place.
