OH, MY GOD. WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING. ;D Craitman, you can't replace accented letters "á é í ó ú" with aa ee ii oo uu. The accents are not about making letters longer. If you want a longer "a" or "e" use Āā Ēē Īī Ōō Ūū

Predrag, you do realise accents can actually be used to mean different things... Plus, I don't see those accents available on a standard keyboard, and acutes look more language like. But I did actually say the accents aren't for lengthening vowel sounds, or did you miss that?

Yes, most people wont know how to get the accents, so won't bother.

I know but of all the "hurrying" I missed it, sorry . Yes, they make it more language-like but too much accents make the language look messy. It's better without them. I like the "eu", "au" digraph idea though. Diacritically harmless

too much accents make the language look messy. Like the old Apiyan was There probably wouldn't be many accents in Bobilish any how... One thing on the diagraphs, as the majority of people here are English, then "eu" and "au" wouldn't be pronounced the same as a stressed "e" and "a"... "eu" is like "oo", and "au" like "ow"...

Post by Craitman Pellegrino on Mar 10, 2008 19:22:04 GMT
How would I have to sacrifice it? It's still spoken in Craitland. I'm not just going to give up a language I've worked on for years that defines our nation

Everyone is keen on installing their language here But as one of the biggest nations That's why. We've put so much effort into our respective languages, we actually want them to be used...
