Do you guys want me to e-mail the lessons and homework? Or would you prefer to get the stuff by PM? Also, there is a charge for this class. It's B50. I hope that doesn't scare you off.

Okay, coursework and lessons will be PMed to students. Since March 1st is a Saturday, classes will start Monday, March 2nd. I still haven't determined how long the course will be. It will be quite long, though.

No, not a date. That's decided already. I meant a class time. 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock, that kind of thing.

Who's that?
Anyway, I'll pm the lesson and assignment to everyone and if you have a question, you can pm me or each other. Assignments will be due the following week. I know everyone is busy, so assignments will usually be short. Probably no more than twenty questions. I'm going to use the five-point discrete evaluation system, it's the same system we use in the states. Here's a breakdown:
A=Excellent (93 to 100%) B=Above Average (85 to 92%) C=Average (77 to 84%) D=Below Average (70 to 76%) F=Failure (anything below 70%)
You need a D or better to pass the course. Shouldn't be hard. If you do slip below a D, you can PM me about extra credit assignments.
I'm still going to take down your e-mails. I'm thinking of sending certificates out if students pass the class.

Yeah, why not? I say we make it mandatory that instructors take course offered by other instructors within in this college.
Example: I'm an instructor at New Teesside, as are you. Therefore, you must take my course and I must take yours.
That way the instructors will gain more knowledge. And, I'll refund you fee. Non-instructors will have to pay but not instructors. That way we may motivate others to teach!

Have you been working on your course material? I've got a bunch of it done already. This course is going to be long! I'm going to PM one lesson a week, every Monday. I've just finished writing up the basics and it will take 3 weeks. When are you going to post your lessons? I mean what day?

That's going to be a long course if you keep adding material to it. I've finished my course work so I'm ready. We will actually start Monday March 3rd. I said March 2nd but that's a Sunday. The class will be 7 weeks long, one lesson each week with a week of vacation. You will need a calculator, the one on your computer will work fine. Numbers are to be rounded up or down accordingly to one decimal place, example: If you have 2.1345, the number would be written as 2.1. If you have 3.55, the number would be 3.5. If it's 6.57, it would be written as 6.6. Any questions?
