Now I want this business resolved as soon as possible so elections can resume. First up I'd like to hear Kieran explain again why he called a second round of voting after the closing of polls in the recent election.

Any Bobalanian election is supposed to last 7 days, I chose 5 days, which was my simple mistake, I asked 2 days before the elections closed for it to be extended because I do not have the admin to do so. This was not done, as Damien then went to retract his vote, it would not allow him to do so. But if Damien had re-tracted his vote, then Bobbie and I would've drew 2-2, so I called for a second round of voting. Simple.

That sounds reasonable. What do you think Bobbie?

Being as myself and Bobbie are in the running I think that you Mr Prime Minister should have the overall say being as you are neutral. So here are the options:
1) Do another vote. 2) Take into account everything and accept the Second round results 3) Take the first results.
Choose wisely.

I think that it is necessary to have another round of voting, as the results of the previous two are rather ambiguous.
