Well,for highly and repeatedly abusive posting,we are not like...certain micronations. Also,I think redrawing them should be more linked with activity.Also,they should be redrawn if the person does not use the symbols.It's so basic,if someone won't do it he/she doesn't deserve any honours.
Oh,and citizen/new citizen of the month&year should never be withdrawn.
