Just in case you didn't receive my email, A1 now has its website at: www.republicofa1.net and we have created some small forums to be attached to it (www.republicofa1.net/forum) and we would ask that your representative register on the forums and occupy the embassy for Bobalania.
We don't ask to check it every day, but once or twice a week will suffice.

I don't think we'll use online methods - our citizens, however active, seem very resistant to "unnecessary" online procedures. Our Ministry for Communications is of course trying fix this, but it seems that 'real life' payments will be better and more practical.
Re: Medal help « Result #16 on Sept 15, 2009, 6:59am »
Well...that's up to our Treasury, but we'll be expecting something like a database of all citizens and mark those who have been granted special exemption (like overseas people) and who has or hasn't paid.
Re: Medal help « Result #18 on Sept 8, 2009, 6:01am »
Well we just had our first election (incumbent party won by 71%! ) and we also acquired some more active and serious citizens. Our new deputy chairman suggested that a quarterly tax of $1 AUD be imposed so that A1 may slowly build up funding for such projects, and also A1 'National Unity' events.
The medals project will be a part of this, but only the future (i.e it's been put on hold). This was recommended by the Ministry of Interior last month.

Hmmm.. yes, you need to try and keep the costs down. What most MN's seem to do is just create graphical ones on the computer and send them virtually, i know its no-where near as effect but it saves a hell of a lot of money!
Re: Medal help « Result #21 on Aug 25, 2009, 7:39am »
Yeah we figured it might be a bit expensive, so we're thinking of only getting the most important medals professionally made (e.g Order of A1) and getting 'less important' medals, such as military service medals, made by our citizens will metallurgy experience. We already have a prototype, and it's looking good!
Also, for the more important ones, we were thinking of getting a very small payment from the recipients to help offset the expense (i.e $2-3).
My nation is in the process of a medal distribution program, along with certificates and other assorted awards overdue to be given to some citizens. Does anyone know of a good custom medal company?

Yes sir thank you for understanding.
But I don't deal with admissions into the UNMCN someone else does I have emailed them asking why it took so long just for someone to get a notice saying your application is being considered.
TO AONE I am sorry you application was not processed but the passed few weeks have been hectic we almost a had inter-micronational break out this week which had to be sorted. So I am sorry for that please sign up again.
To the bobalania I am very happy you will join you willl find our forums quite active especially when war is in the air.
Thank you very much. I was close to sedating my foreign minister; he seems to have taken it a bit too over the top.
I understand completely with the micronational "war" that appears to have broken out, taking up most of your time, as it is much more important.

The Democratic Republic of Bobalania appreciates your invitation and we will take it under consideration. The President is unfortunately absent at the moment and his approval is required if we are to join any such organisation.
Re: Information « Result #42 on Jul 24, 2009, 6:36am »
Well thank you for creating this embassy.
Our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration White Paper completed today has recommended that this embassy be chosen as the embassy where exchanges of information take place, rather than having two embassies where this takes place. In other words, the Bobalanian embassy to A1 is recommended to be essentially symbolic rather than functional. Do you agree?

Sorry for keeping you out in the cold there Jack, haven't had time to post it on the forums, only had chance to reply via e-mail. Once i have created the embassy, would you care to post this info. in your embassy, would be a good starting point, 'aone'?
Re: A1 Embassy info « Result #52 on Jul 18, 2009, 10:06am »
Alright, well I'll do my best to fulfill the obligations of this treaty until we can get more citizens. I look forward to our continued friendship and cooperation
Re: A1 Embassy info « Result #53 on Jul 15, 2009, 10:59am »
It's alright.
Your President Bobbie and my foreign minister have recently engaged in talks via email, and these talks have concluded in the signing of a treaty ensuring mutual recognition, arbitration in the even of military invasion and the opening of official diplomatic contact. This was signed on 8th July of this year, and the President asked me to post a note outlining A1's preferences for an embassy on this forum.
Rather ironic that your nation should have similar shortfall of active citizens, as our nation, with most citizens still undergoing formal education, has only a handful of known active citizens at the moment, as the term has only recently begun once again.
Re: A1 Embassy info « Result #54 on Jul 13, 2009, 3:47am »
Hello Mr. Fish,
I'm Jack Nitschke, Bobalanian Minister of Defence and at the moment I'm the only citizen active in Bobalania. I regret that I'm unfamiliar with your nation, have you had dealings with Bobalania in the past?
A1 Embassy info « Result #55 on Jul 11, 2009, 1:53am »
Hello all!
Here's my preferred information for the A1 embassy:
NAME: The Embassy of the Most Glorious People's Republic of A1 AMBASSADOR: Sir. Philip Fish WEBSITE: www.republicofa1.wordpress.com EMAIL: republicofa1@gmail.com OR a1.interiorministry@gmail.com
Oh and to introduce myself: I'm Philip Fish, Deputy Chairman, Minister for Interior (constitutionally) and Acting Minister for Communications.
You may also have the need to contact my Minister for Foreign Affairs, Harry Newboll, at: a1.foreignaffairs@gmail.com
No problem. Lack of active citizens? It is a problem that we have the Cisalpine Republic, but I do not think is an "incurable disease". Friends, if the Republic Cisalpine can do anything you ask for.
Hello. At the moment we're having a bit of trouble keeping Bobalania afloat as a micronation. At the moment it's just me and President Bailey. I'm happy to discuss anything you want with you, but I must tell you now that our scope of action is a little limited.
Re: Hello! « Result #62 on Jun 16, 2009, 12:20pm »
So I have several months of delay, but institutional commitments that came with my election as Prince of the Senate, has kept me away. Thank you Lord Bailey for the information and give me the opportunity to make a proposal: why is not someone on an official visit in our forum? We could start a dialogue and an interesting exchange of ideas.
Greetings and thank you also Mattia Guidi, our dear ally of the Cisalpine Republic. And tell the Lord Bailey that if Gaius Julius Aquila is a popular celebrity in the Italian micronazionalismo, Mr. Guidi is equally, if not more!
Re: Hello! « Result #63 on Jun 16, 2009, 12:02pm »
My friend happy to see you here!
I did not know of your visit here.
Lord Bobbie Bailey you should know that Gaius Julius Aquila is a "great man" of micronational!
---in italiano--- Amico mio felice di vederti qui! Non sapevo della tua visita qui. Lord Bobbie Bailey devi sapere che Caio Giulio Aquila è un grande uomo del micronaizionalismo!

Re: lol me again « Result #73 on Jun 13, 2009, 9:25am »
^ That's what 'we' need as our small group. But attracting new fresh citizens, and getting back old ones are the way forward.
I do have some big plans for creating Bobalania into a very big cyber-nation with many interactive online features (hopefully not just make Bobalania a micronation, but have a big presence on the net) thats if i get better with my web design skills + being able to have the time to do it.
I'll have to sit down and plan it out......it'll involve everything being changed as well as creating a totally new direction for our micronation and micronationalism in general.
Re: lol me again « Result #85 on Jun 9, 2009, 1:03am »
Hi Damien, we're having a bit of a crisis at the moment. I called fresh elections, but since there's nobody to run against, I don't really want to become PM by default, so I granted Bobbie emergency powers until another government can be elected. When an election eventually happens, do you want to be my running mate, you could always run against me as well.

ACCEPTED.
Seen as though we are the only ones here, therefore not much of a vote. We will wait till Wednesday 12 noon, if there is no interest or reply from any other citizen, both positions will be taken by Jack.
This is emergency measures, to quick start Bobalania

Then with the President's approval, I will put myself forward as a candidate for the office of Prime Minister. I also wish to submit an application for the parliamentary seat of New Teesside

Bobalania 3 Years old....TODAY! « Result #94 on May 25, 2009, 7:14pm »
Would you believe it! Bobalania is 3 years old. Such a shame we haven't been able to celebrate this year, i've been so busy! To everyone it looks as if Bobalania is almost dead, but i promise you, within the next couple of months Bobalania will be re-launched - bigger and better than ever! Creating a super power micronation! A nation to be envied by the rest of the MN World.
Watch this space......
P.S. I have also just renewed the domain bobalania.com £20 out of my own pocket
Call for fresh elections « Result #96 on May 23, 2009, 1:54pm »
Citing the obvious failure of the interim executive board to deliver on its promises to revitalise Bobalania, I Jack Nitschke call for fresh parliamentary and Prime Ministerial elections.
